PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Senior right-hander Kelly Zybura of the University of Pennsylvania softball team has been named Co-Pitcher of the Week, the Ivy League office announced Wednesday.

Zybura earns the honor after throwing the third perfect game in Penn history in the Ivy League opener this past Saturday. Zybura sat all 15 batters she faced down, four of which came via strikeout. Zybura's efforts led Penn to just its second Ivy opener victory since 2018 and the best start to a season the club has seen since 2019.

Zybura is currently on pace for career-bests in every category, including wins, strikeouts, and K:BB ratio. She will look to keep it going as Cornell comes to town this weekend.
