Bag Policy
All guests and their belongings are subject to search by security personnel upon entry and within the facility. All bags must be accordance with the following guidelines:
- Bags should be smaller than 16" x 16" x 8"
- No large bags, such as duffel or equipment bags
In an effort to expedite the security process upon entry, all guests are expected to comply with the Palestra bag policy.

Gameday Services
Above the Rim Hospitality
Above the Rim (ATR) offers an exclusive hospitality opportunity with food and beverages for Penn Basketball supporters. Located in the Kozloff Room, The ATR Room opens 1-hour prior to tip-off and closes at the end of halftime of each game. A minimum donation of $2,500 to the Penn Basketball Varsity Fund in a given fiscal year is required for entry into the ATR Room. For more information, visit PennChampionsClub.com.
ADA Seating
ADA seating is located in front of sections 201 and 219, as well as select floor locations. If you or someone in your party is in need of special seating, please inform a gameday staff member or security personnel for assistance.
Fan Feedback
Penn Athletics is dedicated to creating a tremendous experience and safe environment for our fans, and your feedback is important to us. Guests are invited to submit feedback in-person at the fan services booth. Fans may also address any questions, comments, or concerns via email to tickets@pobox.upenn.edu.
First Aid
An ambulance and EMS unit will be on duty at each event. If you are in need of medical assistance, please notify security personnel or a member of the Penn Athletics gameday staff.
Food & Concessions
Aramark is the exclusive concessionaire of Penn Athletics. Concession Stands are located around the concourse and offer a wide variety of snacks, hot foods, and beverages. Alcohol sales are limited to the Tip-Off Zone, located in the East Lobby.
Oustide food must be wrapped in clear plastic or sealed plastic containers. Large quantities of food in containers such as catering trays or pizza boxes are prohibited.
Gameday Publications & Programs
Gameday programs are available to purchase at the Palestra ticket office and main entrance. Programs feature rosters, history, statistics, and more.
Gameday Staff & Ushers
Gameday staff will be stationed at each entrance, reserved seating locations, and various locations throughout the stadium. If you are in need of assistance or have any questions, please notify a member of the gameday staff.
Lost & Found
The lost and found is located in The Palestra Ticket Office during the event. Any found items can be turned over to Penn Athletics gameday staff member and will be secured in the ticket office. If you are missing any belongings, please visit the ticket window or contact a ticket staff member via email at tickets@pobox.upenn.edu or by phone at (215) 898 6151.
Merchandise
Gameday merchandise is available for purchase on the Northeast concourse of The Palestra. You may also visit the official online fan shop of Penn Athletics at ShopPennAthletics.com for latest styles in accessories and gear.
Parking & Transportation
Driving to Philadelphia for the game? Parking is available near The Palestra, including the Penn Museum garage and Penn Park. The cost of parking on game day is $15. Additional information regarding parking on Penn's campus can be found here.

Penn Police
Penn Police is onsite from the time doors open until the conclusion of the event. Please contact security personnel or a member of the gameday staff if you need assistance.
Restrooms
Restrooms for both men and women are located at both the East and West ends of The Palestra.
Service Providers
In order to create a safe and enjoyable environment for our fans, Penn Athletics is proud to partner with the following service providers:
- Aramark: Exclusive concessionaire & catering partner of Penn Athletics
- Contemporary Services Corporation: Event security
- Gameday Staff: Ticket scanners and seating ushers
In addition to our services providers, the Penn Athletics gameday & event staff is comprised of a dedicated group of full and part-time Penn Athletics employees.
Tip-off Zone
The "Tip-Off Zone" will be open in the back lobby of the Palestra selling snacks and alcoholic beverages for those fans 21 years of age and older. New stadium policies this year will allow spectators to return to their seats with their alcoholic beverages to enjoy the game action. ID is required to purchase alcoholic beverages and no more than two alcoholic beverages will be sold per transaction. Alcoholic beverage sales will end at the 15:00 minute mark of the 2nd half.
Videoboard Messages
No scoreboard messages are available to the general public. Group welcome or "Happy Birthday" messages are only available to fans purchasing a group ticket package of 20 or more in advance of the game.

Emergency Information
In the event of an emergency situation, public address announcements will be made to provide information and initiate an emergency response protocol. Event staff, security personnel and Penn Police will assist in directing fans to a safe area of refuge. You may be asked to help children or those in need of special assistance. If you or anyone near you are in need of extra assistance, please notify event staff or security.

Media & Public Relations
Media Inquiries
All media inquiries, questions, or press access requests should be directed to the Penn Athletic Communications office. Information of interest will be made available at the discretion of the team's Sports Information Director. Please reference the Penn Athletics Staff Directory to contact the appropriate Athletic Communications representative.
Media Workroom & Press Conferences
Entry for media members is located at the northwest entrance of the Palestra and credentials will be distributed upon entry. The media workroom is located on The Palestra floor behind the North bleachers. Media guides and additional information will be made available in the workroom. Pre or post-game press conferences will take place in the Class of 1971 Room, unless communicated otherwise.
Video & Camera Equipment
Video cameras, audio equipment, and cameras with professional lenses are permitted with proper approvals. Please note that the use of such equipment must not obstruct the view of game personnel and spectators or interfere with the game in any way.

- Binoculars or camera around your neck without a case
- Bags smaller than 16" x 16" x 8"
- Medically necessary items after proper inspection
- Outside food wrapped in clear plastic & stored in a one-gallon freezer bag
- Sealed plastic water bottles, juice boxes, or pouches
- Service animals with proper documentation
- Soft-sided seat backs or bench cushions
- Umbrellas (must remain closed while inside The Palestra)

Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited within Franklin Field:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Animals or pets, except for service animals
- Artificial noisemakers
- Coolers
- Fireworks and open flames
- Glass bottles and cans
- Large bags like duffel or equipment bags
- Large quantities of food in containers such as pizza boxes or catering trays
- Poles or sticks, including camera tripods
- Purses or bags larger than 16" x 16" x 8"
- Seat backs or bench cushions containing metal, wood, or hard plastic
- Smoking in seated areas
- Strollers
- Weapons, contraband, or any items deemed dangerous or inappropriate
Guests attempting to enter the facility with any prohibited item(s) will be asked to dispose of such items prior to entering. Security personnel reserves the right to deny access to any individual who does not comply with such policies or is deemed a threat to other patrons.

Tickets & Entry
Code of Conduct
We value and support the enthusiasm of our spectators; however, we ask that you observe a certain "Code of Conduct." Please respect the rights of others surrounding you by acting appropriately. All patrons are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and persons occupying them. Violations may result in having the patron removed from the facility.
Entrances & Will Call
Doors open a 90-minutes prior to men's basketball games and 1-hour prior to women's basketball, wrestling, volleyball, and gymnastics competitions. Please plan to arrive early. Any changes in door opening times will be communicated to ticket purchasers as soon as possible.
There is one central spectator entrance to The Palestra. The main entrance is located on the West-end of The Palestra, off 33rd Street:
- North Lobby: General will call; player-guest will call (Penn & visiting teams)
- Northwest Corner: Media will call & entrance
- South Lobby: Penn student entrance
Fans are required to show a valid photo ID when picking up tickets from any will call location.
Re-Entry Policy
Fans may not exit and re-enter the facility using the same ticket. However, in case of emergency, fans may acquire a signature on their ticket stub, which will allow them to re-enter at the same gate. Anyone that leaves the stadium without obtaining a signature from a gate supervisor will not be permitted to re-enter the facility with the same ticket.

Ticket Scalping
The University of Pennsylvania denounces the sale of a game ticket at any price higher than the value of the ticket purchased.
Youth Ticket Policy
Children two (2) years of age and under do not need a ticket to enter Franklin Field. They must be seated on a parent or guardian's lap and must not obstruct the view of other spectators. However, in order to receive any promotional items or giveaways, children must have a game ticket.

Guidelines on Open Expression
Penn Athletics adheres to the University of Pennsylvania's Guidelines on Open Expression. Any disruption that precludes Penn Athletic events from taking place will be addressed in accordance with the Guidelines on Open Expression. Those creating a disruption may be asked to provide a PennCard and leave the venue. Disruptors affiliated with Penn may be referred to the Office of Student Conduct (undergraduate, graduate, or professional students), appropriate Dean or Provost (faculty), or supervisor (staff). Television Broadcasts
Penn Athletics home competitions, as well as Ivy League road contests will be streamed on ESPN+. Subscriptions can be purchased at Plus.ESPN.com. Select events may be broadcasted nationally on ESPN linear or locally on regional television networks. Please reference individual sport schedules or local TV listings for broadcast dates and times.
WiFi & Internet Access
