CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Another night filled with top times has the University of Pennsylvania men's swimming and diving team staying pat in fourth place with 591 points heading into the final day of competition at Ivy League Championships.

The evening session was headlined by a silver-medal performance by
Matthew Fallon in the 100-yard breaststroke while
James Curreri finished third in the 1,000-yard freestyle to begin the night.

Quaker Notemeal
*Fallon swam a blistering 52.28 to take second place in the 100 breast, just .05 seconds slower than Ivy champion Jack Kelly from Brown.
Matt Leblanc finished the B-Final in a three-way tie for fourth (54.77).

*Curreri picked up his second third-place finish of the weekend in the 1,000 free, swimming a 8:56.66 to capture the bronze medal.
Robert Melsom placed 16th at 9:14.03.

Andrew Dai took eighth place in the 100-yard butterfly with a 47.44.
Ben Feldman finished third in the B-Final with a 47.47, while
Xavier Hill placed fifth at 48.04.
Alex Fu placed third in the C-Final at 49.20.

*In the 400 IM,
Kevin Keil swam an NCAA B-Cut time of 3:49.63 to finish fifth place.
Peter Whittington (3:51.16) and
Jason Schreiber (3:52.83) went 2-3 in the B-Final with
Sam Donchi (3:55.19) placing sixth.
Peter Lee swam a 3:59.69 to place third in the C-Final.

Truman Armstrong won the C-Final of the 200 free with a time of 1:37.46.

Liam Campbell (49.24) and
Daniel Gallagher (49.40) placed fifth and sixth, respectively, in the 100-yard backstroke C-Final.

*In the consolation final of the three-meter dive,
Cody Hopkins placed third (328.90), while
Jack Williams placed sixth at 295.35.

*Penn closed the evening with a fourth-place finish in the 400-medley relay as Curreri, Fallon, Dai and Feldman swam a 3:10.19.
