2024-25: Team Captain … NCAA Championships qualifier in the 100 and 200 breaststroke … Earned first-team All-America honors for the second time by being runner-up in the 200 breast for the second straight year, clocking a time of 1:48.87 … In the 100 breast, recorded a time of 51.76 to finish in 22nd place … Won third-career Ivy League championship in the 200 breast with his NCAA A-Cut time of 1:48.85, the fastest time in the nation at that time, earning the top seed heading into NCAAs … Finished second, earning second-team All-Ivy laurels in the 100 breast at 51.56 … Had the third-fastest time in the field in the 500 freestyle (4:19.07) at prelims, but ended up taking seventh with a mark of 4:22.13 … Part of 400 medley relay team that set school record of 3:08.82 … Academic All-Ivy … Named PhillySIDA Academic All-Area Performer of the Year for a second consecutive season … Finishes legendary collegiate career as one of the most decorated swimmers in the history of Penn Swimming & Diving.

2023-24: Swimming an American-record time of 2:06.54 to win the 200m breaststroke at U.S. Olympic Trials, became the program’s fifth swimmer to qualify for the Summer Olympics … NCAA Championships qualifier in the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke … First-team All-America after placing second in the 200 breast at NCAAs, clocking in at 1:48.48, just behind Leon Marchand … Ivy League Champion in the 200-yard breaststroke, his second-career title … Through victory in 200 breast, earned first-team All-Ivy laurels. In the finals and earlier in the day during the prelims, set the Ivy meet record in the event … Second-team All-Ivy honoree in the 100 breast, taking the silver medal with a time of 52.28 … Also placed fourth in the 500 freestyle, swimming a personal-best mark of 4:19.51 … Participated in the 400 and 800 free relays, as well as the 200 and 400 medley relays … Won U.S. Open title in the 200m breaststroke at Toyota U.S. Open Championships in December, claiming a meet-record time of 2:09.48 … Named PhillySIDA Academic All-Area Performer of the Year.

2022-23: NCAA Championships qualifier in the 200 breaststroke, but did not compete due to injury … Ivy Championships qualifier … Competed in three individual events at Ivy Championships … Swam a 1:53.34 to place third in the 200 breaststroke … Also took third in the 100 breaststroke, swimming a 52.72 … Took 10th in the 500 freestyle with a season-best time of 4:22.10 … 400 medley relay finished fifth with a time of 3:10.62 … At December’s Zippy Invitational, his 1:50.28 in the 200 breaststroke was the fastest time in the nation at that point, earning himself an NCAA ‘A’ Cut mark. He won a total of three individual events (100 and 200 breast, 200 IM) at the meet … Also at the Zippy, was a part of the 400 medley relay that broke the program record with a time of 3:09.40.

2021-22: NCAA Championships qualifier in the 100 and 200 breast ... Earned first-team All-America honors with a third-place finish in the 200 breast (1:49.16) ... Earlier in the day, broke program and Ivy League records in his heat (1:49.03) … Earned honorable mention All-America with a 10th-place finish in the 100 breast (51.57) ... Ivy Championships qualifier … Set program record in the 100 breast at Ivy Championships (51.45) … Ivy League champion in the 200 breast … Earned second-team All-Ivy honors with a second-place finish in the 100 breast at the Ivy Championships … Finished eighth in the 200 IM at the Ivy Championships.

High School: YMCA National record holder in 400 IM ... YMCA national champion in 100 breast, 200 breast, 400 IM ...  Finished 8th in 200 breast at 2020 Olympic Trials (the highest finish of anyone 18 or younger in any event) ...
