PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The University of Pennsylvania women's swimming & diving team officially has received two invitations to the NCAA Championships, with seniors
Sydney Bergstrom and
Anna Moehn earning the nods.
Both Bergstrom and Moehn will compete in the 1650 freestyle, an event they are well-equipped to compete in. Bergstrom claimed the 1650 freestyle crown at the Ivy League Championships this year, earning one of two victories Penn had at the meet and a First Team All-Ivy selection. Bergstrom competed in the same event last season at NCAA's, placing 36th with a time of 16:20.77.
Moehn also has history at the championships in the 1650 free, placing 21st last year with a career-best 16:03.51. Moehn finished second at the 2025 & 2026 Ivy League Championships, earning her Second-Team All-Ivy status both years.
The NCAA Championships will kick off Wednesday, March 18 in Atlanta, Georgia.
