PHILADELPHIA -- The University of Pennsylvania field hockey team had three players nominated to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) 2025 Division 1 Scholars of Distinction.

The three Quakers that were recognized among 341 undergraduate student athletes who earned a cumulative GPA of 3.90 or higher through the fall semester are Ellie Almeida, Sydney Mandato and Sarah Ding.
