PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The University of Pennsylvania men's swimming and diving team concluded the second day of Ivy League Championships in seventh place with 245 points at Brown University's Katharine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center Thursday evening.
James Curreri's performance in the 500 freestyle highlighted the evening, earning a bronze medal in the event.

*Curreri clocked a time of 4:18.92 to place third in the 500 free, while teammate
Matt Fallon—who came into the event seeded third—swam a time of 4:22.13 to finish in seventh.
Daniel Gallagher swam a time of 4:24.31 to place sixth in the C-Final with
Can John Yeniay taking eighth (24th overall) 4:26.09.

Peter Whittington took seventh place overall in the 200 IM with a time of 1:44.74.

Liam Campbell swam a 19.95 in the 50 free, good enough for seventh place in the B-Final.

Cody Hopkins participated in the B-Final of the one-meter dive, scoring a 266.70 to place 14th overall.

Ivy Championships continue on Friday with the 100 fly, 400 IM, 200 free, 100 breast, 100 back, three-meter dive, and 400 medley relay. Prelims get started at 11 a.m. followed by finals at 6 p.m. Both sessions will be streamed live on ESPN+.
