PHILADELPHIA — The University of Pennsylvania field hockey senior Julia Ryan was named to the 2025 NFHCA Division 1 Senior Team on Thursday, Nov. 20.
 
The team is comprised of 38 Division 1 senior student-athletes from around the country, as the NFHCA celebrates the competitive excellence, leadership, and lasting influence of each athlete within their programs.
 
Ryan exemplified each of these qualities for the Quakers as she served as a captain this season and led the team in goals and points.
 
She was also named to Second Team All-Ivy for the third time of her career at Penn.
 
Ryan finished her career with the Red and Blue with 18 goals, 15 assists and 51 points over the course of four seasons.
