PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania track teams completed competition at the Tom Jones Memorial Relays at the University of Florida and the Larry Ellis Invitational at Princeton. Several highlights came out of the performances in the Sunshine State again on Saturday…
 
*Isabella Whittaker set her second program record in as many days, this time in the 400 as she clocked 51.14 to shave nearly eight-tenths of a second from her previous mark. Her time also bettered an Ivy League all-meet record that had stood since 1990, when Harvard's Meredith Rainey clocked 51.56.
 
*Shane Gardner improved upon his own record in the men's 110-meter hurdles, clocking 13.79 seconds to better his previous make by .12 seconds.
 
*Sarah Lavery won the women's high jump and set a PR of 1.73 meters (5 feet 8 inches) which moves her from ninth to sixth on the program's top 10 list.
 
*Angeludi Asaah set a PR in the women's shot put and moved from eighth to fifth on the program's top 10 list.
 
*Gardner, Nayyir Newash-Campbell, Andrew O'Donnell and Aaron Stillitano clocked 40.35 seconds in the men's 4x100 relay, tied for the fifth-best time in program history.
