LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Pennsylvania women's track and field team closed out the NCAA East First Round on Saturday at the University of Kentucky Outdoor Track & Field Complex.
Adannia Agbo held a top 12 position after the second round of the women's triple jump recording a mark of 12.97m (42' 6.75"). Agbo finished the day in 15
th after the third round.
Angeludi Asaah finished her collegiate career finishing 20
th in the women's discus with a third round mark of 52.51m (172' 3").
Jessica Oji, looking to secure her second ticket to nationals, finished 36
th throwing 49.43m (162' 2").
Amelia Kristen placed 20
th in the 400m hurdles quarterfinals clocking in a time of 58.41.
Freshman
Adele Martin made here first appearance at the NCAA prelims finishing 46
th in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:49.21.

Sofia Swindell,
Jailyn Milord, and
Amelia Kristen placed 20th in the 4x400m quarterfinals at 3:34.34.
Zofia Limbert and
Samantha Strydesky had an early exit in the high jump competition missing a clearance at the opening height of 1.71m (5' 7.25").

Jessica Oji (shot put) and
Lily Murphy (10,000m) head to Eugene, Ore. to compete at the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships on June 10 – 13. The women will be joined by Ryan Matulonis (400m hurdles) and Kampton Kam (high jump) from the men's team.
