PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania track teams were well-represented at both the Raleigh Relays and the Pepsi Florida Relays. The Raleigh Relays took place from Thursday through Saturday and were hosted by N.C. State, while the Gators hosted the Pepsi Florida Relays Friday and Saturday in Gainesville.
Some highlights…

Aliya Garozzo set a program record in the 400 intermediate hurdles in Florida, clocking 57.97 seconds to better Skyla Wilson's previous mark set in 2019 (58.26).

Lily Murphy ran in the 10K Invitational at Raleigh and took third overall in 32:40.92, shaving 69 seconds off the previous program record held by
Maeve Stiles (who also ran in the race and also broke her previous best by a significant margin, clocking 33:11.24).
*The women's 4x400 relay set program and Ivy League records in Saturday's Tom Jones Relay (3:29.64 by
Christiana Nwachuku,
Isabella Whittaker,
Jocelyn Niemiec, Garozzo) and finished second behind South Carolina in the event. The Quakers' final time stood #4 nationally after the weekend.
*The women's 4x100 relay set a program record in Friday's prelim (44.36 set by Garozzo,
Moforehan Abinusawa, Nwachuku, Whittaker) then broke it again while finishing third overall in Saturday's final (43.96 set by
Daniella Oyenuga, Abinusawa, Nwachuku, Whittaker). Their final time is #8 nationally and also the new Ivy League standard.

Bronwyn Patterson set two PRs on the weekend; her 2:03.42 in the 800 moved her into second on the program's all-time list and her 4:24.26 in the 1,500 moved her up one spot to ninth on program's all-time list

James Rhoads cleared 5.50 meters (18-0.5) in the pole vault, a PR and second on the program's all-time list.

Angeludi Asaah cleared 49.08 meters (161-0) in the women's discus in Raleigh, a PR and third on program's all-time list.

Titus Bretzke ran the 800 in 1:48.49, a PR and fifth on the program's all-time list
