Baseball's South Carolina Trip Continues With Two Game Set Against The College of Charleston

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The University of Pennsylvania baseball team continues its road swing in South Carolina with a two-game series at the College of Charleston, starting Tuesday at 4:00 p.m.

Penn enters the matchup with a 3-4 record after dropping three of four to Wofford last weekend.

Coady in Command
After another 5.0 scoreless innings over two outings against Wofford last weekend, Owen Coady has stretched his scoreless streak to 16.2 innings. The junior southpaw has four appearances of at least 3.0 innings or more in that span.

Steel Chin Werchan
Less than a week removed from getting stitches in his chin after running into a wall against Texas A&M, Seth Werchan started all four games of Penn's series against Wofford, hitting .308 in in 13 at-bats.

Iron Man
Tommy Courtney has started every game of his Penn career, with Sunday marking the 70th consecutive game.

Scouting CofC
The Cougars are 7-4 to begin the season, sweeping three-game sets from Wagner and Siena, though the team is coming off a three-game series sweep at the hands of High Point, including two by shutout.

JT Marr is hitting .400 with an OPS over 1.000, Tyler Sorrentino is hitting .366 with an OPS over .900, and Trotter Harlan is hitting .344 with an OPS over 1.100.
