PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania's softball team's Wednesday doubleheader against the University of Maryland Eastern Shore has been canceled. The games will not be rescheduled. 

Penn will be back in action this weekend in Providence for a weekend series at Brown. The Quakers and the Bears will play three games this weekend beginning with a doubleheader on Saturday with first pitch scheduled for 12:30 p.m. the weekend will conclude with a single game at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday.
