Sophomore Surge
Gracyn Banks has made a huge impact to start her sophomore season. She has started all five of Penn's games as a center back and is the only player to have played all 60 minutes in each game this season. Her 300 total minutes of play is more than triple her time on the field in 2018 with Banks having played 81 minutes across seven games.
Dual Sport Star
Entering her second season with the Quakers,
Madison Jiranek has been a key cog in the Penn attack. Jiranek—who also serves as a key player with the women's lacrosse program—leads the team with six points and has been a tidy finisher within the circle, scoring three goals from four shots on target.
Shoot Your Shot
Penn has 54 shots in its last three games, including a season-high 20 against Villanova. After a relatively slow start with 11 total shots through the first two games, the Quakers now average 13.0 shots per game.
