Brian Gill announced the addition of Wyatt Bonos, Leo Doyle, Ethan Kim, Landry Moncrief, Jasper Moorhead, Ian Paola, Mario Stoka, Isaac Tortola and Hayes Weller to the program on Friday afternoon.
"It has been another productive spring within the program and certainly had a chance to learn a great deal about ourselves through the training as well as the games," said Gill. "With that said we are excited to have the chance to welcome new energy into the team."
The Class of 2029 is made up of four midfielders, two defenders, two forwards, and one goalkeeper.

Maxx as we worked hard to identify players that we felt would address the needs of the team moving into these upcoming years," Gill continued. "We are excited to see how this group will come together as they get started here at Penn."

Coach Gill on Mario: "Mario's story is a bit of a unique one in the sense that he came onto our recruiting radar a little later in the process. He comes from a soccer family, moved to Miami from the Midwest and has been developing his game with Inter Miami at all different levels within their academy. Mario is an attack-minded midfielder who possesses good technical ability, a competitive mindset, and versatility in his game, which will be exciting to see how his skillsets continue to evolve in our environment."

It will be fun to watch him come into the group and continue with his own growth over these next years."

Leo is coming to Philadelphia by way of a fairly traveled background as he grew up in both Hong Kong and Japan, but spent his high school years at the Northwood School playing for Black Rock FC. He is an intelligent, dependable, hard-working player that we feel could fit a few different spots in our midfield. I think we are all looking forward to learning more about Leo when he gets to campus."

Jasper has a good profile for being a target forward and has worked hard to develop his skillsets as well as understandings on both sides of the ball. It has been enjoyable to see Jasper improve as a player through the recruiting process and look forward to seeing where that goes once he is in Philadelphia."

He is someone that we feel has a natural poise to him, but is focused on what it takes. It will be fun for us to learn more about Ian both as a player and a person the more he gets settled into the program."
