PHILADELPHIA - The University of Pennsylvania men's and women's track & field teams will compete at the Sam Howell Invitational in Princeton, N.J. on Saturday.

Last Time Out
At the Hurricane Invitational, Ryan Matulonis finished first in the men's 400m hurdles with a time of 49.58, ranked second in the NCAA. Matulonis was named the Ivy League Men's Athlete of the Week.

Angel Assah placed fifth in the shot put invitational putting 15.95m (52'4"), ranked first in Ivy League.

Jailyn Milord finished fifth in the women's 400m with a time of 53.27, ranked fourth in program history. Rianna Floyd followed in eighth at 54.08, ranked eighth all-time.

Atticus Soehren recorded a personal-best throw of 67.47m (221' 4") in the men's javelin to place sixth. Soehren's mark ranks fourth in program history.

Sofia Swindell advanced through the preliminary round of the women's 100m hurdles with a time of 13.70, ranked sixth in program history.

At the Raleigh Relays, Lily Murphy finished 10th in the 10,000m invitational with a time of 32.51.40. Murphy's time currently ranks 10th in the NCAA and first in the Ivy League. 

Sarah Fischer finished 26th in the women's 5000m, recording a personal-best time of 16:08.90. Fischer's time ranks sixth in program history. 

Thomas Bucks placed fifth in the men's pole vault invitational clearing the bar at 5.17m (16' 11.5").
