PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania baseball team begins its Ivy League slate this weekend as Dartmouth makes the trip down to University City for a three-game series at Tommy Lasorda Field at Meiklejohn Stadium.
Last year's series in Hanover, N.H. saw the Big Green earn wins in Games One and Two, but Penn took home a 5-1 win in the final contest to avoid a series sweep.
Saturday's doubleheader is slated to begin at 11:30 a.m., followed by a 3 p.m. start. The final matchup on Sunday is scheduled for a 1 p.m. first pitch.
The Red and Blue enter the weekend with two wins in their last four matchups, snatching wins against East Carolina (3/14, 1-0) and Lehigh (3/18, 15-2).
