WEST CHESTER, Pa. – The University of Pennsylvania men's swimming and diving team took down West Chester, 181-111. The win brings them to 6-5, with five wins in their last six matchups.
A day after topping La Salle, two Quakers were repeat winners. Sophomore
Watson Nguyen secured first in the 100 breast for the second day in a row, this time with a 53.37. Senior
James Curreri did the same in the 200 back (1:48.36). Freshman
Aaron Jia had a strong day, winning both the 500 (4:33.46) and 1000 free (9:16.77).
On the diving board, freshman
Jack Handelman and sophomore
Victor Dang dominated the rankings with Handelman claiming first and Dang second in both the 1-meter and 3-meter dives.
