PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania heavyweight men's crew team makes the short trip to Cherry Hill, N.J., this weekend for the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) National Championships. The three-day event, starting on Friday at the Cooper River, concludes the 2025 season for the Quakers.
Penn is sending two Eights and a Four across the Ben Franklin Bridge this weekend. The Eights are set to row in heats on Friday morning, with the Four competing in a Time Trial Friday morning to determine semifinal seedings later that day. The Fours finals will then take place on Saturday, with the Eights finals running on Sunday.
