PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania men's tennis team rallied back to defeat Yale, 4-3, in the Quarterfinals of the ECAC Championship at the Hecht Tennis Center.

The singles matches were a tightly contested affair that went to a sixth match. Goodman won the first match for Penn in straight sets at No. 3. The Red and Blue proceeded to drop their next two matches, needing to win out to advance.
Sanjeev Chundu won at No. 2 in three sets to tie the match up. At No. 4,
Shaurya Bharadwaj fell in set one. He was down 4-2 in the second set before rattling off four games to take it 6-4. He then closed the door in the third set to seal the deal for the Quakers.
