PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania men's soccer team hits the road this weekend, heading to Dartmouth for a 7 p.m. battle on Saturday, Oct. 25.

The Penn vs. Dartmouth Series
*Penn holds the all-time advantage in the series, with a 33-29-8 lead.
*The Quakers won the latest matchup in the series 3-2 at Rhodes Field in 2024.
Brandon Curran netted the game-winner in the 68th minute to push Penn to victory.
Leo Burney and
Stas Korzeniowski also scored in the battle.
*The last time the Red and Blue went to Hanover, the Big Green earned a 2-0 shutout at home. Penn brings a 14-16-3 record into the weekend.
Quaker Notemeal
*The Quakers split last week's action at Rhodes Field, topping William & Mary 6-1 on Tuesday before falling 2-1 to Cornell on Saturday.
*Penn scored a season-high six goals in the win over the Tribe, propelled by multi-goal performances from
Patrick Cayelli and
Romeo Dahlen.
*Forward Dahlen netted a first half brace while midfielder Cayelli scored his first collegiate hat trick in the second half. The hat trick marked the first for the Red and Blue since the 2023 season and a career-high in goals (3) and points (6) for the senior.

Marco Bottene and
Jack Wagoner round out last week's goal scorers, with senior Wagoner netting his third goal of the year against the Tribe while sophomore Bottene tallied Penn's sole goal in the Ivy League battle with the Big Red.
*Goalkeeper
Phillip Falcon III stopped 12 of 15 shots faced last week, posting back-to-back six-save outings against W&M and Cornell, a career-high tally for the junior.
*Senior Cayelli is having a dominant senior season, leading Penn in assists (6), goals (7) and points (20). The midfielder is first among the Ivies in goals, assists, shots on goal (18), and points.
*Keeper Falcon looks to build off his stellar sophomore season, being named a USC Goalkeeper to Watch during the preseason. Falcon holds a 0.63 goals-against average and 0.844 save percentage heading into the week.
*Penn returns a stacked lineup to the pitch this year including, 2024 All-Ivy honorees Cayelli,
Connor Dawson, Falcon and
Jack-Ryan Jeremiah, along with two other starters in
Oliver Pratt and
Erickson Sakalosky.
*Midfielder Jeremiah is turning heads entering his junior year, earning spots on the United Soccer Coaches (USC) Midfielder to Watch and the Hermann Trophy Watch List. Jeremiah recorded 12 points in 2024, including four goals against William & Mary, Manhattan, and nationally ranked Hofstra, as well as in the Ivy League semifinals against Brown.
*The Red and Blue earned the top spot in the Ivy League men's soccer preseason poll for the third straight year, grabbing 120 points and ten first place votes.
Scouting the Big Green
*Dartmouth closed non-conference action at UMass on Tuesday, falling 2-0 to the Minutemen.
*The Big Green won their second Ivy League battle last weekend, shutting Yale out 1-0 on the road off a blunder own goal from the Bulldogs.
*Eidur Baldvinsson leads the offense in goals (4) and points (8) while Olly Spicer has a team-high three assists on the year.
*The Quakers will likely face Konstantinos Dellas in goal this week. The keeper has 18 saves, a 1.78 goals-against average, and a 0.667 save percentage on the season.
