PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania women's cross country team closes out the regular season on Friday competing at the Haverford Invitational. The women's 5k race is scheduled to begin at 4:30 p.m.

Penn delivered a strong performance at the Princeton Fall Classic on Oct. 17, finishing third with 131 points.
Lily Murphy led the Quakers with an impressive fifth-place finish in the 6k race, clocking in at 20:07.9.
Anna Weirich clocked in 18th with a personal-best time of 20:30.3, followed by
Sarah Fischer in 23rd at 20:41.4 and
Gabrielle Jones in 30th at 20:50.3.
Quin Stovall rounded out the scoring in 55th place with a personal-best time of 21:12.2.
Penn defeated four Ivy League rivals including Yale, Cornell, Columbia, and Dartmouth.
