Penn vs. Cornell Series
Penn and Cornell have played each other 46 times with the first meeting in 1976. The Quakers lead the all-time series 29-15-2. Last year's matchup broke a Penn seven-game winning streak over Cornell with The Big Red winning 2-0 in New York.

Scouting The Big Red
After going winless in its first five games, Cornell has won four of its last seven games. With a 1-3 record in the Ivy, Friday's game is a must-win for both squads to keep their tournament hopes alive.
After her stellar freshman season, Julia Ramsey is once again leading the way for the Big Red. She's first on the team in points (8) and goals (4). Grace Leahy is right behind her, racking up three goals, including the lone goal in Cornell's 1-0 win over La Salle.
Sophomore Martha Broderick has been manning the cage for Cornell. She's fourth in the Ivy with a .707 save percentage and has a goals-against average of 2.200.
Scouting the Spiders
Richmond is 10-3 on the season and winners of its last two games. In its most recent contest against Georgetown on Sunday, the Spiders won 3-1 with Clara Larripa netting two goals.
Valen Luna Paratore and Larripa lead the way for Richmond. The sophomore duo ranks first and third in the A-10 in goals and are top 20 in the entire country. As a team, the Spiders are top 15 in Division I in goals scored at 36.
In the cage for Richmond is junior Kristen Rake. Rake is top three in the A-10 in save percentage at .747 and goals-against average at 1.605.
Dream Crazy Game
Saturday's game against Cornell is the team's Dream Crazy Game as they work to raise awareness for breast cancer. Former captain and assistant coach Gretta Ehret was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer five years ago. Ehret coined the mantra "dream crazy" as a mindset to follow in her battle. In addition to recognizing Ehret and her story, the rest of the team will wear pink and bring their own personal connections to the contest.
