PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania rowing programs got off to a good start in fall racing on Sunday, coming away with wins across every division in which they competed at the Navy Day Regatta on the Schuylkill River. That included two divisions in the men's lightweights and heavyweights and four divisions on the women's side.
