PHILADELPHIA – After another outstanding performance across three races last weekend at the Lake Wheeler Invitational, the University of Pennsylvania closes out the regular-season portion of its schedule on Saturday. The Quakers will make the short trip North to Princeton to race the Tigers and Tennessee.
The Quakers' Varsity Eight boat remains in the top 10 in this week's Pocock CRCA poll after going a perfect 15-0 last weekend at the LWI, moving up a spot to No. 8. Princeton's Varsity Eight is ranked fourth nationally, while Tennessee is ranked 19th.
"This has been a really inspiring spring season and one of the best for Penn Women's Rowing in the NCAA era," said head coach
Wesley Ng. "We have a lot to continue working on and hope to earn an opportunity to extend the season."
