PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania track and field teams split up over the weekend for the Virginia Challenge and Widener Invitational, highlighted by a program record performance by
Skyla Wilson.

Wilson, who has already rewritten the 100m hurdles record this year, did it again at the Virginia Challenge on Saturday, clocking a new mark of 13.45

She wasn't alone in Charlottesville with top 10 marks in program history.
Claire Moreau finished second in the high jump with a clearance of 1.76m, good enough to sit alone at No. 2 in the record book. The 4x400m relay team also took first place with a time of 3:37.10 for fifth in program history. On the men's side,
James Rhoads took second in the pole vault with a height of 5.31m, a new personal best for the freshman that holds him at third in the record book.

The Quakers had several other top 10 finishes at the meet with
Meghan Hart taking eighth in the pole vault (3.66m) and
Tamara Grahovac taking seventh in the triple jump (12.51m)

At Widener, Penn won four events led by
Conrad Moore at the high jump. The freshman cleared 2.12m for first place and shifted into ninth in program history.

The women pulled in three victories. At the 100m hurdles,
Katherine Muccio won with a time of 14.26.
Caia Gelli took first in the 200m, crossing the line at 24.44, while
Chloe Hassman (2:11.21) and
Caroline O'Sullivan (2:11.45) went top two in the 800m.

The Quakers added four second place finishes as well:
Trinity Eason (1:02.24) in the 400m,
Katie Pou (4:42.51) in the 1,500m,
Emma de Boer (1.61m) in the high jump, and
Kai Eisenhardt (3.70m) in the pole vault.

Penn will now gear up for the 126th running of the Penn Relays presented by Toyota, beginning on Thursday at Franklin Field.
