OUTDOOR 2021
- Competed in three meets for a total of five events
- Took second place in two events at the Philly Mets, in the 400m hurdles with a time of 59.92 and the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:39.57 to join the squad as eighth in program history
- Wrapped up season at Penn Twilight, taking first place in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:04.15
INDOOR 2021
- All 2020-21 Ivy League winter sports were canceled on November 12 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.
OUTDOOR 2020
- All 2020 Ivy League sports were canceled on Wednesday, March 11 due to a nationwide outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19.
INDOOR 2020
- Competed in seven meets during the indoor season, including capturing two championships at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships (March 1).
- Won the 500m at Heps in a career-best time of 1:13.22, the sixth-best time in program history, garnering first-team All-Ivy honors.
- Also joined the 4x400m relay team to win Heps in 3:41.16, helping clinch the team title.
- Broke the program record by more than three seconds in the 4x400m relay at Clemson's Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 15), finishing in 3:35.19.
- Set the second-fastest time in program history in the 400m with a time of 54.38 at Clemson.
OUTDOOR 2019
- Ran a 59.12 in the 400m hurdles to finish sixth at the USATF U20 Championships (June 23).
- Helped the 4x400m relay team break the program record, 3:32.12, at the NCAA East Regional (May 25) to qualify for the NCAA Championships (June 8) and earn honorable mention All-America honors.
- Scored in three events at Ivy League Outdoor Heps (May 5), including capturing the 4x400m relay title.
- Also finished second in the 400m hurdles at Heps and sixth in the 100m hurdles.
- Placed second with a time of 3:35.43 at the 125th running of the Penn Relays (April 27).
- Won the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays (March 30) with the 4x400m relay team in 3:36.13.
- Won the 400m hurdles at the Rider Invitational (April 13) in 1:00.61.
- Also won the Penn Challenge (March 23) in the 400m hurdles in 1:02.00.
INDOOR 2019
- Competed in six meets during the indoor season.
- Joined the 4x400yd relay team to capture the Ivy League Indoor Heps (Feb. 24) in 3:43.68.
- Scored for Penn in the 500m at Heps with a time of 1:13.38, a PR.
- Finished second at the Texas Tech Shootout (Feb. 9) with the 4x400m relay team.
- Won the 4x400yd relay at the Harvard-Penn Dual (Dec. 9).
High School: U.S. No. 23 in the 300m hurdles ... Runner-up at the 2017 and 2018 Pennsylvania state championships in the 100m hurdles and 300m hurdles.
