PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania men's basketball team has made an addition to its 2021-22 schedule, adding a home game on Friday, Dec. 31 against Eastern University. Tip time with the Eagles is scheduled for 1 p.m. at The Palestra.
The new game comes on the heels of the announcement earlier today that the Quakers had to cancel their game on Tuesday, Dec. 28 with James Madison due to the Dukes having COVID-19 issues within their team. To keep a full schedule, Penn has added Eastern to its slate.
This will be the first meeting between Penn and Eastern in men's basketball.
