After a shutout of Stony Brook, the Quakers are back in Hecht Tennis Center to host Drexel and build on its winning ways. Penn's success begins and ends with 10th-ranked Iuliia Bryzgalova, the highest ranked player in program history. Bryzgalova is 23-4 overall and hasn't lost a single match since Nov. 6, 2019 to No. 22 Mariia Kozyreva, of Saint Mary's.
Amanda Chan has been a pleasant surprise at No. 4/5, sporting an 8-2 record in singles. The freshman hasn't lost a match since Oct. 17 to a player from UMass at the ITA Northeast Regional.
Bryzgalova and No. 3 singles player Marija Curnic are still ranked No. 47 nationally in doubles and the pair have lost just twice since late January. Both losses came to teams ranked in the top 20.
