Six TV Games, 8 ESPN+ Broadcasts & Worldwide Audio Streaming Highlight Penn Football Broadcast Slate

PHILADELPHIA – University of Pennsylvania football returns for its 143rd season, and fans of the Quakers can catch the #UPrising all season long on television and online through numerous broadcast options.

The Quakers will be featured six times on television throughout the 2019 season, highlighted by an October 4 national television broadcast on ESPNU as Penn hosts Dartmouth to open the 125th season of football at historic Franklin Field.

In addition, five Penn Football games will be broadcast regionally through agreements held by individual schools on NBC Sports Network, SNY, and NESN. Home games against Brown (11/2) and Princeton (11/23) will be broadcast on NBC Sports Philadelphia and NBC Sports Chicago, while road games at Columbia (SNY), Yale (NESN) and Harvard (NESN) will also reach a television audience.

For the second year in a row, home Penn Football games and road Ivy League games will be featured on ESPN+ as part of the Ivy League's robust broadcast package with ESPN. ESPN+ does not require a cable subscription or long-term contract. Fans can subscribe and start streaming Penn Quaker and Ivy League content instantly on any connected TV device, tablet, laptop, phone, smart TVs and more. Overall, ESPN+ subscribers have access to thousands of live events, on-demand content and original programming not available on linear TV. ESPN+ packages start at $4.99/month or $49.99/year.

Penn's road games at No. 20 Delaware and Lafayette are also available online through the official streaming partners of those schools. The Delaware game will be featured on FloFootball.com while the meeting with Lafayette will be on the Lafayette Sports Network.

New this year for Penn Quakers fans is the "Quaker Audio Network" a free internet-based audio streaming service featuring live broadcasts of all 10 Penn Football games, all men's basketball games and all Penn women's basketball home games. For football, fans can listen as Matt Leon and Hench Murray call all the action as they have for years as Leon enters his 17th season as play-by-play voice of the Quakers with Murray beginning his 39th year as analyst for the Red and Blue.
