Jenkins Named CSFL Offensive Player of the Week

PHILADELPHIA – Junior quarterback for the University of Pennsylvania sprint football team Eddie Jenkins has been named Offensive Player of the Week by the Collegiate Sprint Football League (CSFL) after scoring six total touchdowns in the Quakers' week one victory over Mansfield.

Jenkins did it all offensively for the Quakers, throwing five touchdowns on 240 yards with a 68 percent completion rate. He gained an additional 128 yards on 13 carries and rushed for a touchdown.

Penn's home opener is this Friday, Sept. 21 against Cornell at 7 p.m.
