PHILADELPHIA – Back To The Dance!
Â
For the 12th time in a row, the University of Pennsylvania women's lacrosse team has earned a spot in the NCAA Division I Women's Lacrosse Championship and Penn will open its tourney run on Friday, May 11 (Time TBA) against Penn State in a game hosted by Stony Brook on Long Island. The winner will advance to play the host Seawolves – the No. 5 seed – on Sunday.

"We are excited to continue our season," said head coach
Karin Corbett. "We have a hungry group, we feel like we have a lot of lacrosse left in us. We set a lot of goals before this season, but this is the big one. We feel like we have the pieces required to make a run, and we're looking forward to the first round. The Final Four is at Stony Brook, and we look forward to starting our tournament where we hope to end it."
