PHILADELPHIA - Penn Athletics is proud to introduce the inaugural Hoops for Troops ticket program. Through this program, Penn Basketball fans can provide a game-day experience to active duty and military veterans.
 
Throughout this season, fans can purchase a special $10 ticket to the Penn-Yale Military Appreciation game on Friday, March 8, which will help support and honor current military members, retired military personnel, and veterans.
 
All Hoops for Troops purchased tickets will be provided to active duty and military veterans through Vet Tix, an organization dedicated to providing tickets to events that strengthen family bonds, build life-long memories, and encourage service members and veterans to stay engaged with local communities. Vet Tix provides tickets to all branches of currently serving military and Veterans, including immediate family of troops KIA.
