Lamothe is an aspiring business student from Pennsauken, New Jersey. He attended Pennsauken High School where he was a member of the crew and cross country teams, and a starter for the school's wrestling team. He spent his free time in high school volunteering with organizations such as the Camden Youth Soccer Club and weightlifting. Lamothe is enrolled the Wharton School of Business, concentrating in statistics and finance. Jonathan is a member of the Student Credit Federal Union, The Penn Actuarial Society, and the Black Wharton Undergraduate Association. Now he spends most of his free time playing soccer, boxing, drawing and reading. He plans to learn Python and R and to helm the logistics chair of the Howard E. Mitchell Memorial Conference. Lamothe's philosophy is that when you quit, you lose a piece of yourself, so never quit and keep working towards your goals no matter how difficult.
