The Red & Blue Career Network (RBCN)

RBCN is Penn Athletic's career pipeline. RBCN is the POWER of the Penn Athletics community to support career success for current student-athletes and alumni.”  The program is designed to support career success connection through skill development, education, events, exclusive employer access, networking, and alumni mentorship. Overseen by CSAS, this program is powered by student-athlete ambassadors and alumni “Champions”.  The success of the network relies on alumni support and student-athlete engagement.  
 

Driven by it's motto, “Four years of preparation, Fourty years of possibliity”, RBCN seeks to provide student-athletes and alumni with access to career development experiences and opportunities. 

RBCN is overseen by CSAS and the Penn Champions Club, however this program is powered by each team's student-athlete “Ambassadors” and alumni “Champions”.  The success of the network relies on alumni and coach support and student-athlete engagement.
