Greg Pease brings a strong background in leadership, team management, organization and relationship building to the Penn Sprint Football program. While his professional career has extended beyond football, his experience leading teams, developing people and creating a culture of accountability provides a valuable perspective for Penn's student-athletes.
Pease has held leadership positions across admissions, security operations, facilities management and student support. Previously, Pease served as a Security Operations Account Manager with Allied Universal, where he directed daily operations for a high-profile client, managed personnel and scheduling, and was responsible for employee coaching, performance evaluations and overall operational performance. His leadership experience also includes managing facility operations and staff at GDI Integrated Facility Services and Xanitos, where he oversaw hiring, training, scheduling, performance management and professional development.
Pease's background also includes work in college admissions at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, where he recruited prospective students nationwide and developed relationships with students, families, high schools and community organizations.
Throughout his career, Pease has consistently demonstrated an ability to motivate and develop people, build strong relationships, organize complex operations and hold teams accountable to high standards. Those skills translate directly to the Penn Sprint Football environment, where he is committed to helping student-athletes grow both on and off the field.
A graduate of the University of New Haven Institute, Pease earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2017. He brings an enthusiastic, team-first approach to the Penn Sprint Football staff and is passionate about helping create a positive, disciplined and competitive environment for Penn's student-athletes.
