Dan Boguszewski brings more than two decades of football coaching experience to the Penn Sprint Football program, with extensive experience coaching offensive line, developing the run game, and coordinating high school offenses throughout South Jersey.
Boguszewski most recently served as Offensive Coordinator at Williamstown High School from 2024-2025. Prior to Williamstown, he was the Run Game Coordinator and Offensive Line Coach at Eastern Camden County Regional from 2021-2023. His coaching background also includes stops at Overbrook Regional, where he coached wide receivers and outside linebackers, and Timber Creek, where he served as Run Game Coordinator and coached both the offensive and defensive lines.
From 2014-2016, Boguszewski served as Head Football Coach at Eastern Camden County Regional. Earlier in his career, he spent eight seasons on the football staff at Paul VI High School, serving as Offensive Line Coach from 2004-2011 and Offensive Coordinator from 2009-2011. He also served as the program's Volunteer Weight Training Coach during that time. In 2012, he was the Offensive Coordinator and Running Backs Coach at Sterling High School before returning to Paul VI as Varsity Offensive Line Coach in 2013.
Boguszewski's football experience extends beyond the high school level. He served as a Youth Camp Manager for the Philadelphia Eagles from 2006-2007, gaining experience in player development and youth football programming.
In addition to his football coaching background, Boguszewski has experience coaching wrestling at the youth and high school levels, including stops at Haddonfield Middle School, Burlington Township, and Triton High School.
With extensive experience developing offensive linemen, coordinating the run game, and building successful offensive systems, Boguszewski brings a wealth of football knowledge and coaching experience to the Penn Sprint Football staff.
Boguszewski and his wife, Dana, are the proud parents of two daughters, Bailey and Kinsley.
