Ben Bruce brings a strong background in athletics operations, recruiting, player personnel and team logistics to the Penn Sprint Football program. A graduate of Drexel University's LeBow College of Business with a degree in Sports Business, Bruce is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at Drexel, anticipated in September 2026.

Bruce's connection to Penn Athletics includes experience working directly with the University’s football program. During the 2022-23 academic year, he served as an Equipment Operations Intern, helping organize, manage and distribute apparel, practice equipment and travel gear for more than 100 football players and the coaching staff. He also assisted with additional operational responsibilities throughout the athletics department.

In the summer of 2026, Bruce returned to Penn Sprint Football as a Recruiting and Player Personnel Intern. In that role, he assisted with the evaluation and recruitment of high school prospects, utilizing game film, athletic highlights, academic records, social media and football camp evaluations to help identify potential student-athletes for the program.

Bruce also brings significant experience managing large-scale operations and youth sports programming. At Camp Ramah New England, he worked in programming and logistics while serving as a Frisbee Coach and previously as a Flag Football Specialist and Basketball Coach. His responsibilities included developing lesson plans, responding to daily operational needs and coordinating the distribution and transfer of luggage for more than 1,200 campers.

His leadership experience extends to the Philadelphia Area Disc Alliance, where he served as a U20 Ultimate Frisbee Coach, and Drexel University Club Ultimate, where he served as President from 2024-2025. He has also worked as an assistant basketball and soccer coach at Ezra Academy.

Bruce's combination of athletics operations experience, recruiting and player personnel knowledge, organizational skills and passion for sports provides a valuable foundation for his work with Penn Sprint Football. He is committed to helping create an organized, efficient and player-centered environment while supporting the development and success of Penn's student-athletes.
