High School: Three-year letter winner in softball and captain as a senior under head coach Tina Madison … Graduated third in program history in home runs … As a junior, helped the Spartans win the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL) 6A district title and placed second in the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) 6A state championship … Her senior year, Hempfield Area won the 6A sectional title … Earned all-state honorable mention her junior and senior seasons … With Team Pennsylvania (14u-18u), took second at Team New Jersey Summer Tournament and second at Myrtle Beach Summer Scorcher Nationals … Also lettered twice in track & field … Graduated in the top 10 percent of her class all four years and finished top 10 in her class … National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society, National English Honor Society, and National Social Studies Honor Society member … Student Council member … Mini-THON volunteer.
