Brad Fadem is in his second year as the Assistant Athletic Director, Center for Student-Athlete Success at Penn following four years as the Director of Men’s Basketball Operations. Within the Center for Student-Athlete Success, Brad is responsible for aiding teams’ recruiting efforts as it pertains to Admissions and Financial Aid. He is the primary liaison between the athletic department and the university’s Admissions and Student Registration and Financial Services offices.

Fadem is also the sport administrator for field hockey and sprint football and the academic support contact for squash and tennis.

After spending five seasons with Steve Donahue at Boston College, Fadem made the move to Philadelphia in 2015. The move represented a return home for Fadem -- who grew up in nearby Devon, Pa. -- as well as a reunion with Coach Donahue who took over as Penn's John R. Rockwell Head Coach of Men's Basketball that spring.

Overall, Fadem spent six seasons with the BC men’s basketball program, four as an undergraduate manager and two as a graduate manager. As an undergrad, he traveled with the Eagles to Spain in August 2012. As a manager, Fadem assisted with the team's video and film, off-season workouts, and recruiting-related tasks, while also organizing the managers' work schedules.

Fadem graduated from BC’s Carroll School of Management in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in finance and management & leadership while minoring in film studies. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Boston College.
