Kaden Rodgers joined Penn Athletics as an assistant equipment manager in April 2025 and oversees all equipment operations out of Franklin Field for football as well as men’s and women’s lacrosse.

Rodgers came to Penn from Western Kentucky University, where he spent nearly three years working as an equipment manager intern with the football program before spending the 2024-25 academic year as the Hilltoppers’ Olympic sport graduate assistant. In the latter position, he oversaw equipment operations for ten different sports and managed more than 20 student managers. Rodgers also spent time with the National Football League’s Tennessee Titans during its 2024 preseason camp.

Rodgers graduated from WKU with a bachelor’s degree in sports management.
