Joe Costadina

Joe Costadina joined the University of Pennsylvania football staff in 2023 as Offensive Quality Control Coach.
 
He previously served at UAlbany in the same role during the 2022 season, working primarily with the wide receivers.
 
As an undergrad in 2021, Costadina served as Rowan’s running backs coach. He helped mentor James Fara, a first-team All-NJAC selection for the Profs.
 
Costadina began his coaching career at Rowan in 2017 as a student assistant and before that, served as the freshman wide receivers and defensive backs coach at his alma mater, Lacey High School, in 2015.
 
The Lacey Township, N.J. native received his bachelor’s degree in finance at Rowan in 2022.
