Director of Football Operations Jake Stern will be entering his seventh season and fourth as Director of Football Operations with the Penn Football program in 2020.
Stern handles the daily operations of the football program which includes: the budget (day-to-day), compliance, equipment, yearly calendar, active roster, team travel (all-inclusive), team events (official and unofficial visits, banquet, golf outings, spring game, alumni events), pre-season camp logistics, practice management, housing, meals, team communication, nutrition, coordination of officials, JV scheduling, and tickets.
Among his duties as a Quality Control Coaching Intern at Fordham in 2013, Stern assisted the Defensive staff by breaking down film and created weekly Special Teams scouting reports for players and coaches.
Stern graduated from the University of Michigan in 2013 where he served as a Student Assistant and worked with the offensive line. Stern completed earned his masters in Organizational Dynamics from Penn in 2020.
