2005-06: Started first eight games of the season before injury ... Was ranked among team leaders in nearly every statistical category before she tore her ACL in the first half of game at American (Dec. 10), causing her to miss the rest of the season ... Had career-high seven steals in strong defensive effort against Saint Joseph’s (Dec. 7) ... Tied career-highs with two three pointers and four assists vs. Villanova (Dec. 4) ... Tied season-high with 11 points on 4-of-5 shooting with four rebounds against San Diego (Nov. 27) ... Had four boards, three steals and two assists against Rice (Nov. 26) ... Tallied five rebounds and four assists in loss to Temple (Nov. 22) ... Had 11 points, four assists, two blocks and two steals in overtime win over Lehigh (Nov. 18).

At Cumberland Valley: A three-year letterwinner at Cumberland Valley High School, where she was a part of their 2002 District 3 championship team and Pennsylvania AAAA State Championship squad ... In three years, Pears scored 840 points and likely would have surpassed 1,000 points but missed most of her senior season with an injury, grabbed 346 rebounds, dished out 167 assists and made 245 steals in 118 games.
