Biography

2019: Played in all seven of Penn’s games … Completed a career high of 14 receptions for a total of 228 yards … Averaged 34.9 yards per game … Season high of 99 yards against Caldwell (Nov. 2).

2018: Appeared in all six games as a wide receiver … Had 15 catches for 153 yards and a touchdown … Posted a season-high five catches for 46 yards against Caldwell (Oct. 20) … Hauled in a three-yard touchdown pass against Chestnut Hill (Sept. 28).  

2017: Appeared in seven games ... Finished fifth on the team in receiving yards with 103 on 11 catches ... Lone touchdown came on a seven-yard connection at Caldwell (9/16) ... Credited with 2.5 tackles on defense.

2016: Appeared in four games.

High School: Three-year football letterman at Malvern Prep … Team captain of both the indoor and outdoor track teams … Member of Inter-Academic League championships in both football (2013) and track (2014) … Winner of the Sportsmanship Award in football and track (2016) …. Graduated with distinguished honors.

Personal: Son of Dan and Patti Murphy … Enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences.
