*Keeper Sedransk has been solid in the cage to open the year, stopping 78 shots on the year.
*Penn was picked to finish second in the Ivy League in the 2026 preseason poll voted on by the media.

*Sophomore Sedransk is pegged to have a strong second year earning Third Team USA Lacrosse and Inside Lacrosse Third Team Preseason All-American as well as a spot on the Tewaaraton Award Watch List.
*Junior Bankowski has been a force in the X for the Red and Blue, winning 41 draw controls on the year.
*Sophomore King has been making a name for herself on the defensive end of the field, leading the Red and Blue with seven caused turnovers on the year.
Scouting the Lions
*Columbia brings two Ivy loses into Saturday's contest, dropping bouts against #12 Yale (16-6) and Cornell (12-6) to open league action.
*Maddie Brogan has scored a team-high 29 goals, while Ceceila Messner leads the offense in assists (23) and points (48).
*The Quakers will likely face Ava Kimche in the cage. The keeper holds an 11.65 goals-against average, a .397 save percentage, and 58 saves on the season.
