PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania men's tennis heads to Lynchburg, Va. to take part in the Liberty Dual. The event will run from Friday to Sunday, with the host Flames welcoming Charlotte, Elon, NCCU, Old Dominion, UNCW, Virginia, VCU, and William & Mary in addition to the Quakers. *This will be the season debut for many Quakers, including returning upperclassmen
