PHILADELPHIA— The University of Pennsylvania women's tennis team fell to Harvard earlier this afternoon, 4-0.

Penn now sits at 9-8 overall and 2-1 in Ivy League play.

Harvard jumped to an early lead, clinching the doubles point. While the Quakers earned a win from Maya Urata/Esha Velaga, the Crimson earned victories on courts one and two to edge out the Red and Blue for the point. Harvard continued to build momentum in the singles portion of the match, claiming three two-set victories on courts three, five, and six to clinch the match.
