Distance Swimmers Moehn, Bergstrom Punch Tickets to NCAA Championships

PHILADELPHIA – The University of Pennsylvania women's swimming and diving team will have a pair of swimmers represent the Quakers at the 2025 NCAA Championships in Federal Way, Wash. March 19-22.
 
Anna Moehn will compete at NCAAs for the second straight year and will be joined by fellow junior Sydney Bergstrom.
 
Moehn qualified for NCAAs in the 1,650 freestyle, seeded 25th. Bergstrom also qualified for the 1,650 free, at 36th.
 
At Ivy Championships two weekends ago, Moehn claimed a trio of silver medals in the 500 free, 200 free, and 1,650 free. Bergstrom took bronze in the mile with a time of 16:07.96.
 
Penn had an All-American last year in Anna Kalandadze who took fourth place in the 1,650 free. Moehn finished 33rd in the mile and 59th in the 500 free.
