Wrestling Wins Four Individual Titles at F&M Invite

LANCASTER, Pa. – The University of Pennsylvania wrestling team closed out the regular season on Sunday afternoon at the Franklin and Marshall Invitational, claiming four individual titles.

Brady Pruett (125), Spencer Barnhart (133), Evan Mougalian (141), and Paul Ognissanti (165) won their weights at the Mayser Center to account for Penn's individual wins at the invite.

Junior Pruett claimed the first individual title of his collegiate career off a major decision over Army's Luke Sirianni. Sophomore Barnhart continued the streak for the Quakers, taking 133 off a tech fall over the Diplomats' Vincent Gioffre, 19-3.

Sophomore Mougalian swept the 141 bracket, topping F&M's Eric Howe in the semifinals (1:28 F), followed by a tech fall over Drexel's John Hildebrandt, 20-4, to win the crown.

Freshman Ognissanti claimed the Red and Blue's final title of the day, grabbing a tech fall over F&M's Makoa Niebel, 22-6, and topping Adam Thomson off a close decision, 2-1, to win at 165.
